Standard Mix
A standard mix is created for traditional playback formats like stereo (2 channels) or 5.1/ 7.1 surround sound. In these mixes, audio is assigned to specific speaker channels—left, right, center, or surround. While this provides a solid listening experience, it is limited to the fixed plane of speakers. Standard mixes are great for most playback systems, offering clear, directional sound that works well on headphones, soundbars, or home stereo systems.
